1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi xử lý
Khi bạn dùng MDFlow, hệ thống sẽ tạm lưu:
- File gốc bạn upload (DOCX, PDF, …) trên S3 và máy chủ tạm.
- Markdown đã chuyển đổi.
- Địa chỉ IP, user agent (cho rate-limit và bảo mật).
- Email + mật khẩu (đã hash bcrypt) nếu bạn tạo tài khoản.
2. Thời gian lưu trữ
File gốc và markdown sẽ bị xoá tự động sau 30 phút kể từ khi tạo phiên. Log truy cập giữ tối đa 30 ngày để phục vụ debug và audit bảo mật.
3. Vision (Gemini) — bên thứ ba
Với PDF có công thức toán hoặc scan chữ kém, MDFlow gửi ảnh từng trang cần xử lý sang dịch vụ Vision (Gemini qua ProxyPal) để trích xuất nội dung. Quá trình này tự động kích hoạt khi pipeline cục bộ không xử lý được nội dung; chỉ những trang khó mới được gửi đi. Bằng việc sử dụng MDFlow, bạn đồng ý cho phép xử lý này theo Điều khoản sử dụng.
4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn. Dữ liệu chỉ chia sẻ với:
- Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng (Vultr — lưu trữ S3, Postgres).
- ProxyPal/Gemini khi bạn cho phép Vision (xem mục 3).
- Cơ quan pháp luật khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp bằng văn bản.
5. Quyền của bạn
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá tài khoản bằng cách email [email protected]. File chuyển đổi tự huỷ sau 30 phút nên không cần thao tác xoá thủ công.

Privacy Policy
1. Data we process
When you use MDFlow we temporarily store:
- The original file you upload (DOCX, PDF, …) in S3 and a temp folder on the server.
- The converted Markdown output.
- Your IP address and user agent (for rate-limiting and security).
- Your email + bcrypt-hashed password if you register an account.
2. Retention
Uploaded files and generated Markdown are auto-deleted 30 minutes after the session starts. Access logs are kept up to 30 days for debugging and security audits.
3. Vision (Gemini) — third party
For PDFs with math formulas or low-quality scans, MDFlow sends images of the affected pages to the Vision service (Gemini via ProxyPal) for extraction. This is triggered automatically only when local processing can't handle the content; only the affected pages are sent. By using MDFlow you consent to this processing under the Terms of Service.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with:
- Infrastructure providers (Vultr — S3 + Postgres).
- ProxyPal / Gemini when you allow Vision (see §3).
- Law-enforcement under a lawful written request.
5. Your rights
To delete your account, email [email protected]. Converted files self-destruct after 30 minutes — no manual deletion needed.

1. Chấp nhận điều khoản
Bằng việc sử dụng MDFlow, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản dưới đây. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng ngừng sử dụng.
2. Mô tả dịch vụ
MDFlow là dịch vụ chuyển đổi tài liệu (DOCX, PDF, PPTX, …) sang Markdown phục vụ chuẩn bị dữ liệu cho AI/RAG/LLM. Dịch vụ được cung cấp "nguyên trạng" (as-is), không cam kết tính chính xác tuyệt đối của kết quả chuyển đổi.
3. Nội dung được phép
Bạn cam kết KHÔNG upload các nội dung:
- Vi phạm pháp luật Việt Nam hoặc quốc tế.
- Chứa malware, virus, hoặc mã độc.
- Vi phạm bản quyền của bên thứ ba mà bạn không có quyền.
- Có nội dung khiêu dâm trẻ em, kích động bạo lực, khủng bố.
4. Hạn mức sử dụng
Tài khoản miễn phí có hạn mức ngày (xem trang chủ). Lạm dụng (brute-force, scraping, tự động hoá quy mô lớn) sẽ dẫn đến khoá tài khoản mà không hoàn tiền.
5. Trách nhiệm
MDFlow KHÔNG chịu trách nhiệm cho:
- Mất mát dữ liệu do file tự huỷ sau 30 phút (đây là tính năng).
- Sai sót trong kết quả chuyển đổi — bạn nên review trước khi dùng cho mục đích quan trọng.
- Gián đoạn dịch vụ ngoài tầm kiểm soát (nhà cung cấp hạ tầng, mạng).
6. Thay đổi điều khoản
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật điều khoản này bất kỳ lúc nào. Các thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo qua email cho người dùng đã đăng ký.

1. Acceptance
By using MDFlow you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the service.
2. Service description
MDFlow converts documents (DOCX, PDF, PPTX, …) to Markdown for AI / RAG / LLM data preparation. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees on conversion accuracy.
3. Acceptable content
You agree NOT to upload:
- Content that violates Vietnamese or international law.
- Malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
- Copyrighted material you don't have rights to.
- Child sexual abuse material, incitement to violence, or terrorism content.
4. Usage limits
Free accounts have daily limits (see home page). Abuse (brute-force, scraping, large-scale automation) will result in account lockout without refund.
5. Liability
MDFlow is NOT liable for:
- Data loss from the 30-minute auto-deletion (it's a feature).
- Errors in conversion output — review before using for critical purposes.
- Service outages outside our control (infra providers, networking).

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be emailed to registered users.
